DAY 1: HANOI - HALONG

Main attraction: Trinh Nu Beach

Main activities: Pre-wedding shoot, Wedding ceremony

Transportation Hanoi - Halong: Private car

Cruise check-in: 12:00 PM

Itinerary:

Morning (09:00 - 12:00)

  • Start your journey with a private car pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi to Tuan Chau Harbor.
  • Board Bhaya Cruise and explore your private boat and cabin(s), followed by a safety briefing where you'll meet the Cruise Manager and crew. Enjoy a refreshing welcome drink.

Afternoon (13:00 - 18:30)

  • Savor your Fusion lunch as the boat cruises towards the southeast of Halong Bay.
  • Get the bride ready with a makeup and hair session by our makeup artist.
  • Capture stunning photos of the bride and groom at Trinh Nu Beach - paradise beach, perfect backdrop for pre-wedding photos, with its pristine white sands, turquoise waters, and striking limestone cliffs.
  • Return to the boat and ready for your Wedding ceremony.
  • Exchange vows during the wedding ceremony on the sundeck, with Halong Bay's limestone karsts and twilight as your backdrop.

Evening (19:00 - 21:00)

  • Savor a gourmet dinner, either in the restaurant or on the sundeck (weather permitting).
  • Relax and enjoy some free time with a drink.

DAY 2: HALONG BAY

Main attractions: Cay Bang Beach, Ba Ham Lake

Main activities: Tai Chi on sundeck, Swim on Cay Bang Beach, Kayak in Ba Ham Lake, Relax with Bhaya’s complimentary herbal foot bath, Enjoy Sunset Cocktails 

Itinerary:

Morning (06:15 - 12:30)

  • Rejuvenate with a refreshing Tai Chi session during sunrise, accompanied by complimentary tea and coffee, then enjoy breakfast.
  • Swim at Cay Bang Beach, situated in the Cong Dam area of Bai Tu Long Bay, features pristine white sands and clear waters. This stunning beach is part of a region known as an "outdoor geological museum," showcasing remarkable geological formations that have been preserved for 340 million years. 
  • Return to the boat, relax and enjoy your lunch.

Afternoon (14:00 - 18:30)

  • Kayak in Ba Ham Lake, situated on Dau Be Island in Lan Ha Bay, provides a tranquil escape with its enchanting tunnels and crystal-clear waters filled with fish. Surrounded by vibrant orchids and diverse wildlife, including yellow-haired monkeys and silver-headed parrots, it showcases the natural beauty unique to Halong Bay.
  • Experience deep relaxation with Bhaya’s complimentary herbal foot bath, crafted from medicinal plants and infused with mineral salts, activated carbon, and natural herbs like ginger and mint to relieve muscle fatigue and promote restful sleep.
  • Experience Sunset Cocktail to celebrate Halong Bay’s captivating charm.

Evening (19:00 - 21:00)

  • Savor your dinner.
  • Enjoy your free time in the cozy cabin.

DAY 3: HALONG - HANOI

Main attraction: Tien Ong Cave

Main activities: Taichi on sundeck, Explore Tien Ong Cave

Transportation Halong - Hanoi: Private car

Cruise check-out: 10:00 AM

Itinerary:

Morning (06:30 - 10:00)

  • Enjoy Tai Chi lessons, surrounded by a stunning view of sunrise on Halong Bay.
  • Explore Tien Ong Cave, located 5 meters above sea level, one of Halong Bay's less well-known treasures with its many timeless stalactites and stalagmites located amidst the pristine landscapes of Cai Tai Island.
  • Return to the boat and check out, then enjoy brunch while cruising to the port.
  • Disembark from the boat at Tuan Chau International Marina.
  • Return to Hanoi by a private car.

Booking Policy

  • Payments may be made by cash, bank transfer, credit card or Paypal.
  • The credit card or PayPal payment will be securely processed via the Secured OnePAY Payment Gateway. OnePAY represents MasterCard to provide online payment solution to enterprises in Vietnam.
  • Cancellations become effective only once the Bhaya Cruises Sales Office receives notification of cancellation in writing.
  • The cancellation policy shall be applied strictly following the Rate Condition noted during the booking confirmation process.

Cruise Policy

  • Inclement weather, tide levels and operating conditions at sea may force changes in cruise itinerary and schedule at any time. Kayaking and swimming excursions, in particular, may be canceled due to rough weather.
  • Cruise offers fusion cuisine: international, seafood and Vietnamese. Please advise Bhaya Cruises at least one (01) week ahead of departure about any specific food preferences, dietary restrictions or food allergies.
  • Port authorities insist on advance registration including full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, and passport number. At check-in, a valid passport is required. Port authority may deny boarding if these conditions are not met.
  • Wi-Fi available on terrace deck, but note that the internet signal at sea suffers frequent interruption.

Exclusion

  • All airfares, transfers, hotels and visa arrangements.
  • Beverages and personal expenses.
  • All services & excursions are not clearly indicated in the 'Inclusion' list.
