DAY 1 - LAN HA BAY

Things to do: Cycle or trek in Viet Hai village/ Take a swim in the crystal water of Lan Ha Bay / Sip between sights in Happy Hour/ Try Vietnamese rice-wine tasting session

A small village nestled in the heart of Cat Ba National Park with the quintessential beauty of small local villages in Northern Vietnam.

Start your excursion with a bike or electric cart ride (operated by the locals with a small fee) through the lush coastal village, experiencing the daily life of Northern villagers. Blissful cruise through a place like no where else on earth.

What a wonderful Halong Bay cruise experience! we was greeted at the port by a reception we was not expecting, drinks on arrival and wet towels. The manager was so welcoming and most courteous, helpful we think his name was Jack. The cruise was such bliss, never rushed, it was so relaxing and the scenery is nothing like anything we've seen before.It was my wife's unusual birthday 29th Feb and she turned 14 as a leap year girl. The staff dimmed the lights at our deliciuos evening meal and presented her with Roses a cake and candles. Worth every penny.

Fantastic experience

We had a fantastic 24 hours on board the Bhaya 3 Cruise boat.We were made so very welcome right from the start. The Staff, the beautiful En-suite cabin, the food and the boat in general were absolutely brilliant. We also made some lovely friends on board, who we shared meal times and the organised activities with, and we have remained in contact with them!The whole experience was far greater than we expected when we booked, so a very big thank you to all the team involved!

Welcome to Chris' House

We loved our Ha Long Bay Bhaya Cruise. The scenery is gorgeous. We kayaked around a floating fishing village. We explored a cave. We spent the two days with delightful couples from around the world. The best part of the cruise was our Cruise Leader, Chris. He is a young man of incredible knowledge and charm. He began our time together with a warm "Welcome to Chris' House". He definitely treated us as special friends at his home. He gave us a cooking lesson and turned it into a contest. We had so much fun. The food was delicious as well.

Three nice days on the Halong Bay

Did this cruise as part of a tour. We were not disappointed. The local guide/tour director Thuy was great — he had a sense of humor and made sure that everyone had a good time. The ships food was outstanding and the various day trips were well worth the time. We went to the beach (although it was rather cold), and the cave (which was great). Even for those that needed additional help the local crew made sure they got the assistance they needed.

Experience not to be missed

Fantastic 2 Night stay on Halong Bay with Au Co - Luxury Cruise. One of the many hightlights of our visiti to Vietnam. Although the weather was cooler than expected for February, the crew, accommodations, service and included tours, more than made up for it. Definitely not to be missed if you in Northern Vietnam. A really great experience.

Very comfortable cabinsWonderful crew. All so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.Enjoyed kayaking, swimming off a coral beach but most of all Tai Chi at dawn between the beautiful islands.

Cave exploring and kayaking

Bhaya cruise classic 2 offered a fulfilling experience that is a must see. Henry and his staff were extremely friendly and presented themselves in a professional manner. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for this experience. Seeing the caves and kayaking in the bay was extraordinary. Thank you Henry and the team for this once in a life time adventure.

The crew were very welcoming and friendly but, at the same time, absolutely professional in all they did. The food was fantastic and we had outstanding service everywhere. Brilliant scenery. Would do it again.

Simply Stunning!

There are a limited number of cabins aboard the Au Co 2 so the total number on board is easily manageable. Tom, the "Cruise" director was an excellent host. The staff, the cabin, the decks and the food were all great overshadowed only by the scenery. Several side trips were included in our short cruise.

An Exremely Pleasant Cruise

A short, two night/three day cruise on Ha Long Bay was a great, relaxing way to start our Vietnam & Cambodia tour.The bay is a beautiful area to cruise made all the more pleasant by very friendly crew. The cabin was large enough and quiet with an extremely comfortable bed that gave us two very good night's sleep. The food was excellent having, for example, delicious prawns and oysters for one main course.The drinks weren't too expensive, especially at happy hour and the outside bar was a very pleasant place in the evening after dinner!

Booking Policy

Payments may be made by cash, bank transfer, or credit cards.
The credit card payment will be securely processed via the Secured OnePAY Payment Gateway. OnePAY represents MasterCard to provide online payment solution to enterprises in Vietnam.
Cancellations become effective only once the Bhaya Cruises Sales Office receives notification of cancellation in writing.
The cancellation policy shall be applied strictly following the Rate Condition noted during the booking confirmation process.

Cruise Policy

Inclement weather, tide levels and operating conditions at sea may force changes in cruise itinerary and schedule at any time. Kayaking and swimming excursions, in particular, may be canceled due to rough weather.
Cruise offers fusion cuisine: international, seafood and Vietnamese. Please advise Bhaya Cruises at least one (01) week ahead of departure about any specific food preferences, dietary restrictions or food allergies.
Port authorities insist on advance registration including full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, and passport number. At check-in, a valid passport is required. Port authority may deny boarding if these conditions are not met.
Wi-Fi available on terrace deck, but note that the internet signal at sea suffers frequent interruption.
